The Challenge

The primary challenge was the steep grade of the lot leading down to the water, requiring extensive retaining walls and a multi-level foundation design to ensure stability while maximizing the buildable footprint.

The Solution

We engineered a tiered foundation system that not only secured the structure but also created natural, distinct living levels within the home, each offering unique vantage points of the lake.
